A little bit shorter today, but here is a bit more advice on visiting New Zealand.

If you love to go to airshows, go in march 2008 as that is when the "Wings Over Wanaka" air meet is on. In past years they have had a Spitfire, a Hurricane, a Lancaster bomber, Australian military aircraft, Russian Poliakovs, Mig 15 etc. This is a truly amazing event. For the military enthusiast, there is a show put on of military vehicles including tanks, artillery and accurately uniformed enthusiasts. So "give it a go mate!"
